G Goldside
Organised documents on a desk

A calm place to put
every document in order

Goldside offers bench-style sessions in Subang Jaya to help households build personal document indexes, refresh folder labels, and prepare family-reference binders — at a pace that suits you.

Our three core sessions

Document index session

Personal Document Index Session

A short bench-style meeting that builds a printed page listing where each key document lives at home. Entirely informational and organisational in scope — no opinions on entitlement matters. You leave with the printed index, labelled folders, and a written note explaining the index logic.

  • Printed personal document index
  • Labelled folder set
  • Written index-logic note
RM 500 Enquire
Quarterly records review

Quarterly Records Review

A calm administrative meeting each quarter to bring household records up to date — checking labels, refreshing the index, and noting any new documents. Framed as a steady rhythm, not financial or pension advice. You receive an updated index, refreshed labels, and a one-page summary of changes.

  • Updated document index
  • Refreshed folder labels
  • One-page session summary
RM 1,300 Enquire
Multi-visit records reorganisation

Multi-Visit Records Reorganisation Programme

A multi-visit programme for individuals or couples preparing a careful retirement-age reorganisation of their household records. Covers inventory, label design, family-reference binder creation, and a final printed handbook. Proceeds at your pace — educational and administrative only.

  • Full household inventory
  • Family-reference binder
  • Final printed handbook

What a well-ordered file means in practice

Everything where it should be

When a document is needed quickly, a printed index removes the guesswork. No searching through unlabelled boxes at a difficult moment.

Clarity for family members

A family-reference binder means a spouse or adult child can locate documents without delay — a quiet, practical form of consideration.

Sessions at your pace

There is no rush. Each session is structured around your schedule, and the multi-visit programme proceeds as slowly or steadily as you prefer.

Purely informational scope

Goldside works only with document organisation — not financial, legal, or pension advice. That boundary is maintained clearly throughout every session.

Printed, tangible deliverables

Every session ends with something physical — a printed index, a labelled folder set, or a bound handbook — not just a digital file that may be misplaced.

Local to Subang Jaya

Based in SS 15, Subang Jaya, Selangor — straightforward to reach from Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding areas. No need to travel far for a quiet, practical session.

Would a printed document index
make your household easier to navigate?

A single bench-style session is enough to build one. Reach out to arrange a convenient time at our Subang Jaya office, and we will take it from there.

Questions about our sessions

What exactly happens in a Personal Document Index Session?
You bring your documents — or we work with what is already at home — and together we go through each item to note its name and location. By the end, you have a clear, printed list showing where everything is kept. We also provide a set of labelled folders and a short written note explaining the logic behind the index.
Do you provide financial or pension advice during sessions?
No. Goldside's scope is strictly informational and organisational. We help you arrange and label documents, not interpret them. Any questions about entitlements, pension sums, or financial decisions are outside our remit, and we will say so clearly if such topics arise.
How long does the Multi-Visit Reorganisation Programme take?
It varies by household. A typical programme spans three to five visits, each lasting one to two hours. We schedule at your convenience and do not rush. The final visit produces the printed handbook, and we only proceed to that stage when the earlier work is settled to your satisfaction.
Can couples attend sessions together?
Yes. The Quarterly Records Review and Multi-Visit Programme are both well-suited for couples who wish to attend together. Having both parties present often means fewer gaps in the resulting index, as each person may know where different documents are kept.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at our office at 31 Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor. The space is quiet and private, with parking available nearby. We ask that you bring or send ahead any documents you would like to include in the index.
How is payment arranged?
Payment is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept bank transfer and will issue a receipt upon confirmation. For the multi-visit programme, we can discuss a staged payment arrangement if that is more convenient. Full details are shared when you make an enquiry.
